I worked with Ramonda on the Project Management and build of our Singapore offices in 2016. The brief was to develop an open plan space with as much light as possible, and provide space for small manufacturing operation on the same floor. I went out to 5 companies who all provided me with a quote and it was immediately clear from the outset that Ramonda were the right company to work with. Whereas the other suppliers all gave me what I asked for, Ramonda consulted with me, to better understand my thinking behind the requirements. From the consultations it was clear there was a better way of designing the layout and I felt that Ramonda had already added value and ideas.

Throughout the build Ramonda were extremely professional and project managed every detail of the design end to end. This was crucial for me as I was able to get on with the work I needed to do. From working with internal stakeholders, suppliers and the building management, to Telco and Technology companies, Ramonda ran everything and ensured the move in date was achieved.

What I realised about doing an office fit out is that without someone to run the project who really understands how it all comes together, it can cause major headaches. Thanks to Ramonda, O.C. Tanner have beautiful new offices and a hassle free experience.

WOW! Ramonda really exceeded my expectations! I had fully expected to replace most of the furniture in my living room and dining room. I ended up having to refabric two chairs and the couch. My goal was to improve the utility and traffic flow in my living room and dining room. I thought I had way too much furniture of the wrong size and style. In two sessions, she not convinced me that simply relocating the furniture and changing the look, I would be able to keep what I had and accomplish my goal. I've always been one of those "afraid of color" people when it comes to walls, but I really wanted to brighten up my daughter's nursery and add some depth to our home office/guest room and bathroom. Ramonda took a great deal of care in helping me define the flow of the rooms through color. She paid special attention to the unique layout of the space and the personality of the family.

She even tried to make sure that the colors would complement the baby's personality and complexion!
